The Story
In 2025, QuantusHRM undertook a major platform overhaul, migrating from AngularJS and .NET MVC to Angular v18 and .NET 8. The goal was to rebuild the system from the ground up to deliver a faster, more scalable, and intuitive HRM experience. Key objectives included improving user experience, reducing friction for new users, and providing advanced features that could scale with organizational needs.
Extensive Employee Management
To streamline HR processes and provide a cohesive experience for both employees and administrators, QuantusHRM was designed with comprehensive employee management in mind. The system covers personal and employment information, leave and attendance tracking, salary and benefits, employee documents and letters, financial records, and career outlook, ensuring that all critical HR data is organized, accessible, and actionable across the platform.
Payroll Management
To simplify and automate compensation processes, QuantusHRM’s payroll management system centralizes salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and benefits administration. It ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursements, while providing detailed reports and insights to help organizations make informed financial decisions.
HRM Configurators
